Online Lessons
The Pilates Center offers live, 2-way instructional online Pilates group classes and Private sessions.
Private and Semi-Private Sessions
How does It work?
Our private sessions will be held on-line through FaceTime or Zoom. Your instructor will lead you through a customized-for-you session. If you have props (hand-weights, bands, foam rollers, etc) bring them! We can incorporate them into your session. If you don't, no worries. The Pilates Mat work is a challenge in itself.

What do I need?
- A wifi connection
- Device for FaceTime or Zoom: Phone (ok), Ipad (better), Laptop (even better), Streamed or airplay to TV (best)
- A Pilates mat (at least 1 inch thick)
How do I book?
- Book your session through Mindbody, call the studio (817-737-2673), or email us [email protected]
- Your Instructor will follow up with instructions for your session
How do I prepare?
- Create a space on the floor for your mat (doubled up towels work in a pinch)
- Gather any props (food cans also work great for hand weights)
- Position your device on a low table and chair and make sure your instructor will have a full side view of your body
Group Classes
How does It work?
Our group classes will be held on-line through Zoom. Each group class is limited to 12 participants. The instructor sole focus is to instruct the class as they watch you to cue alignment individually, just as they would in the studio. A demo body will be performing the exercises for the instructor, so that the instructor can focus on the participants, and so that you have both verbal and visual cues throughout the class.
