Pilates Method Alliance Rana is originally from Colorado but has also lived in California and Nevada. Rana and her husband currently live in Weatherford and so far feel like Texas is the home they have been searching for! Rana is married and has 2 fur babies; a 115lb American Bulldog mix and a 15lb Rat Terrier Chihuahua mix. They keep Rana active with lots of walks and on her toes with their big personalities! She loves the outdoors and hopes to return to her passion of snowboarding soon. She also enjoys working in her yard and garden. Rana discovered Pilates by way of rehab for her 2nd back surgery just before her 40th birthday. The relief Rana achieved with her Pilates practice after 8 years of chronic pain inspired her to teach and share the gift of Pilates with others. Additionally, Pilates is the only exercise she has not become bored of. She loves helping people learn about their bodies and build strength and flexibility. |
