The combination of strength building ,stretching and overall mental awareness to body mechanics has greatly improved her overall daily functionality as well as providing her with the knowledge and techniques to help prevent future injury.
Michelle is currently enrolled in the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training program and hopes to pursue Advanced Training in Pilates with an emphasis on rehabilitation and gerontology. She eagerly looks forward to combining her current knowledge of overall systemic health with the physical mind connection of Pilates to help her clients achieve their top tier goals and benefits.
