Ashley is originally from Mississippi, and now resides in Aledo where she and her husband raise their four beautiful children together. Ashley fell in love with Pilates after beginning sessions in 2017, and quickly became a Pilates enthusiast after seeing the results throughout her whole body. Her passion for Pilates along with many prayers later, she was able to complete the BASI Comprehensive Instructor Training at The Pilates Center. Ashley's goal for her clients in the studio is for them to feel the complete mind, body, and soul connections that Pilates offers. Ashley is nothing short of bubbly and fun. She leaves her personality mark on each client she teaches. She wants everyone to feel strong and confident with what their bodies can accomplish with the work of Pilates. Ashley also enjoys being a hands-on mom; teaching her daughter's gymnastics team; spending time at her second home in Pensacola Beach, FL; local event planning; and online social marketing. |
