Jenelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Public Relations with an emphasis in Ballet and Fashion Promotion from Texas Christian University. After a leaving a career in shopping center marketing, leasing and management and the birth of her son in 2005, Jenelle opened The Pilates Center in hopes of finding a balanced life and sharing her passion for Pilates. She has found so much more and is blessed to love her work and those she works with.
Jenelle danced with Ballet Hawaii in Honolulu and studied ballet with Fort Worth Ballet and TCU prior to receiving her first Pilates certification in 2001 from the PhysicalMind Institute of New York. She holds a second comprehensive Pilates certification from BASI Pilates and is a regular attendee at Pilates master classes and workshops. She has studied with Mari Winsor, Elizabeth Larkam, Julian Littleford, Moria Merrithew of Stott Pilates, Colleen Glenn, Rael Isacowitz of BASI, Susan Moran of Power Pilates, Christine Romani-Ruby of PHI Pilates, Alycea Ungaro and many others.
Jenelle works with clients ranging in age from 15 to 89 and enjoys working with all different types of people including those who have scoliosis, spine and disk injuries, are pregnant or post-partum, are preparing for surgery or trying to avoid surgery, athletes or anyone else who thinks they can’t exercise because of a physical challenge they have.

Pilates continues to challenge and inspire me and teaches me how to become a healthier person by constantly requiring that I balance all aspects of myself - mind, body, and spirit - just as Mr. Pilates intended. One thing that has always stood out to me is that Pilates is about serving humbly. I love the benefits that this amazing workout method and lifestyle bring me but ultimately I strive to pass along all I learn to my clients and maintain the integrity of Joseph Pilates' genius work.

Amy Rainey

Amy is certified in Pilates through New York City’s PhysicalMind Institute. She is comprehensively certified in both mat and all apparatus - Reformer, Chair, Cadillac. Amy has a passion for mind-body work and trains people from varied backgrounds including ballet dancers, seniors, pre- and post-natal mothers, and athletes. She is also experienced in working with clients who have special physical limitations, such as scoliosis and osteoporosis.
Rebecca Alexander

Rebecca is from Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachlor of Fine Arts in Ballet Performance. After graduating and dancing professionaly for three years in Orlando she moved back home to pursue graduate school. Rebecca is currently working on her masters in dietetics and performing with Balet Frontier.
Rebecca became interested in pilates while at the University of Oklahoma and completed the comprehensive Teacher Trainer course with BASI Pilates. Rebecca has a passion for a balanced life and enjoys and loves the benefits of a Pilates work out.
Shirley Rose Koerner

After working for 15 years as a freelance court reporter, Shirley wanted to spend more time with her family. Her passion for fitness and 10 years of playing competitive tennis led her to become a certified personal trainer and spin cycle instructor. Looking for more balance in fitness and life, she went on to acquire over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and opened a yoga studio in 2001 in Flower Mound. Soon after, she discovered Pilates and completed her mat certification. In doing so, she realized how beneficial Pilates was and went on to complete her comprehensive Pilates certification through PilatesSystem Inc (created by Colleen Glenn).
As a result of a recent illness, Shirley has found that Pilates has improved her health and energy and is now focusing singularly on practicing and teaching Pilates. She is continuing her education and training through Balanced Body at Pilates Unlimited in Dallas.

Beth Murrell

Beth has taught Mat Pilates since 2006 and enjoys the power, postural awareness, and centering it gives -- both on and off the mat. She completed Balanced Body University Body I, Mat I, and Mat II training. She has also completed the YMCA, AFAA, PiYo, and YogaFit® PILATESFIT trainings. After beginning classes at The Pilates Center, she immediately fell in love with the possibilities for advancement. She took the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training to provide this same advancement, greater variety, and overall more fun and fitness to her Mat Pilates students. She is available for both Pilates and Yoga sessions.
Regarding her Yoga experience … Beth took her first yoga class in 1997. She loved it and has explored many styles of yoga and she started a 1000-hour Southern Institute of Yoga Instructors yoga certification program. She has studied many yoga disciplines, including Iyengar, Kripalu, Jivamukti, Sivananda, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Baptiste, etc., with many renowned yoga professionals, and brings a little bit of each of them to her sessions. She is registered with Yoga Alliance and is also a a certified Kripalu YogaDance ™ Instructor - teaching various forms of creative yoga dance and cardio dance; a trained Thai Yoga Therapist; a Kripalu certified Meditation Teacher; and a Sivananda certified Yoga Nidra Teacher.

Robin Young

Robin was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Texas Tech University and received her Bachelor's degree in RHIM or Hospitality Management. After college, Robin was a flight attendant for American Airlines for five years and then worked in Marketing and Public Relations for a large health care system. She then left the corporate world to focus on and raise her four children.
Robin has always had an interest in health and physical fitness. She trained in ballet for nine years as a child and teenager, then became interested in running and aerobics as a teen and young adult. She has remained active in running, walking, tennis and golf. In April of 2010, she discovered Pilates at the Pilates Center and she hasn't looked back!
Robin became so passionate about Pilates and its benefits, that she enrolled in the Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Comprehensive Teacher Training course. She is currently working toward her certification as a BASI instructor. She looks forward to her continuing education and sharing her love of Pilates with others.

Leslie Robinson

Leslie is certified by the PhysicalMind Instutitue of New York in both mat and Pilates equipment. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her Pilates trainging with her diverse background in fitness and wellness. In addition to her Pilates training, she is a certified Personal Trainer with A.C.E. as well as a certified Yoga instructor with the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California. Leslie is also a certified massage therapist by the National Holistic Institute and McKinnon Institute in the bay area and a certified Gravity Instructor from Stephenville, Tx. She was also a Jazzercise Franchisee for 15 years. Leslie's passion for Pilates shows in her teaching and she believes every client deserves her best. She strives to make every session safe and effective.
