Jenelle Perry
owner/pilates instructor
Jenelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Public Relations with an emphasis in Ballet and Fashion Promotion from Texas Christian University. After a leaving a career in shopping center marketing, leasing and managment and the birth of her son, Aiden in 2005, Jenelle opened The Pilates Center in hopes of finding a balanced life and sharing her love of Pilates. She has found more so much more and is fortunate to love her work! Jenelle danced with Ballet Hawaii in Honolulu and studied ballet with Victoria Fedine, Paul Mejia, Fort Worth Ballet and TCU prior to receiving her pilates certification in 2001 from the PhysicalMind Instutitue of New York. Jenelle continues to study Pilates and has trained with Mari Winsor, Elizabeth Larkam, Julian Littleford, Moria Merrithew of Stott Pilates, Alycea Ungaro and many others.
Lauren Collier, pilates instructor
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Ballet Performance and Kinesiology from Indiana University - Bloomington. Originally from Oklahoma City, OK, Lauren has lived in various places around North America as she recieved her ballet training from schools including The Harid Conservatory, School of Alberta Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet School, and the National Ballet School of Canada. Lauren has been practicing Pilates since she was first introduced to it as a young ballet student and completed her pilates teacher certification while she was a student at IU.
Amanda Schall
pilates instructor
Amanda completed her Stott Pilates training at Equilibrium Mind and Body Studio in Bloomfield Hills, MI. She has worked as a private and group instructor at various gyms in Michigan and Texas. Originally from Chesterfield, MI, Amanda spent 10 years as a competitive dancer winning numerous awards and scholarships. It was during her time as a dancer she was introduced to the Pilates Method of exercise. She fell in love and knew she wanted to have the privilege of educating others on how to meet their fitness goals. Along with teaching Pilates, Amanda is enjoying her second passion of traveling the country as a promotional model for Saab Automobiles. She looks forward to training with you and being apart of The Pilates Center family.
