Lainey grew up in West Texas and moved to the DFW Metroplex for college and has since graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Marketing. She currently works in Digital and Event Marketing and cares for animals through Rover. She has a passion for creative work that keeps her on her feet, and she has pursued multiple opportunities that bring her the fulfillment of meaningful work. She has been active her whole life through playing sports and working out and has always had a love for fitness. She began her Pilates journey four years ago by taking a variety of fitness classes in the Dallas area and soon fell in love with Pilates. After being a client for many years, she decided to take the leap and embark on her journey to become a Pilates Instructor. Since moving to Fort Worth, she fell in love with the BASI Pilates approach and enrolled in the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program at The Pilates Center of Fort Worth. She is dedicated to guiding others to appreciate the art of Pilates. Lainey aspires to help her students become in tune with their bodies by challenging them to reach new goals every day. She is passionate about giving her clients the tools to reach their full potential and feel confident in their own bodies. |
