There’s something special about sharing your Pilates journey with a friend, partner, or family member—and now, at The Pilates Center in Fort Worth, we’re making that experience even better.
We’re thrilled to announce the installation of a brand-new BASI Systems reformer in our private room, which means we can now offer Duet Pilates sessions in a beautifully appointed space designed just for two. Whether you're looking for extra motivation, personalized attention, or a new way to stay connected with someone special, a duet session may be just what your practice—and your body—needs. What is a Duet Pilates Session? A duet session is a private Pilates class shared by two people, guided by one of our expert instructors. It's the perfect blend of individualized instruction and shared experience—offering all the benefits of a private session, with a supportive partner right beside you. The Top Benefits of Doing Pilates as a Duo 1. Personalized Attention for Both Participants Unlike larger group classes, duet sessions still offer personalized modifications and cueing based on your individual goals and fitness levels—whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to deepen your core work, or just getting started. 2. Built-in Motivation & Accountability Working out with a friend or loved one helps keep you committed and consistent. When you know someone is counting on you to show up, you’re more likely to stay on track. 3. More Fun, More Connection Sharing movement builds connection and joy. Laugh together, grow stronger together, and celebrate each other’s progress—it's a powerful way to deepen both your practice and your relationship. 4. Cost-Effective Private Training Duet sessions offer many of the same benefits as private Pilates at a lower per-person rate—making them a great option for budget-conscious clients who still want a high level of instruction. We offer sessions with either a certified or apprentice instructor. Apprentice instructors have been through their full training and are working toward getting their hands-on hours to become fully certified. Our duet rates are as follows: Certified Instructor Single: $60/person 10 duet sessions: $550/person 20 duet sessions: $1050/person (1 year expiration) Apprentice Instructor: Single: $35/person (3 month expiration) Experience Our New Private Duet Space in Fort Worth Our newly upgraded private studio space is calm, intimate, and fully equipped with two high-quality BASI Systems reformers, making it ideal for duet sessions.
