Certified Instructor Pilates Sports Method After designing in the fashion industry for over 20 years, Amy was certified through Pilates Sports Center in Los Angeles, CA in 2009. She taught in group and private settings for 10 years in Los Angeles before moving to Fort Worth in 2020. Amy has a wide range of experience working with clients that have injuries but also loves the energy of a small group class setting. She brings her creativity and athletic background to her instruction but promises to make it fun and challenging, all the while focusing on her clients individual needs. |
