Policies

Payment is due when you schedule a class. All classes must be pre-paid by at least one session.

At least 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged. This policy is a necessity for our instructors who are compensated on a per class basis.

To receive credit for an early cancellation you must call the studio at 817 737-2673 (CORE) or notify your instructor when you are at the studio. For studio operation purposes, emails, texts or calls to instructor cell phones cannot be accepted for cancellation or rescheduling credits.

If you are scheduled for a duet and your partner cancels with less than 24-hours notice they are still responsible for paying their portion of the class. If they cancel with more than 24-hours notice we will notify you and give you the option to pay for a private session.

Group equipment classes require pre-registration and prepayment. If you provide at least 24-hours notice prior to missing a group equipment class you will earn a make-up credit. Make-ups are offered as a courtesy and not guaranteed.

All sales are final and non-transferable.

All classes are 50 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, your session will still end on time.

10-class passes expire in 4 months. All private and duet sessions and packages expire six-months from the date of purchase.

In the event of bad weather, we will close during the day if Fort Worth ISD does and at night if TCU does.
