Small Group
Equipment Sessions

Group equipment sessions are limited to just four people and offer you an affordable opportunity to train on the Pilates equipment.  Each 50-minute session is a full body workout emphasizing form and proper body alignment to increase strength, muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, and balance with unlimited opportunity for advancement. 

Pre-registration and prepayment is required, and classes will be subject to minimum enrollment.  Please call 817 737-CORE for additional last minute openings and to register. 

If you don't see the time you are looking for please let us know. It only takes four people to start a small group session.

Intro to Pilates Equipment - If you have never worked out on the reformer or chair before then this is class for you.  You will learn the basic Pilates movement concepts, beginning equipment exercises, proper form and breathing patterns.  Open to beginners and all levels.

Group Equipment- A continuous progession from the Intro to Pilates Equipment series

Tuesdays 12:30pm
Wednesdays 12:30pm, 5:30pm

Class discounts are given when you register for multiple classes at the same time. Classes are:
$25/ class for 1 class per week
$23/class for 2 classes per week
$20/class for 3 classes per week
