Directions

The Pilates Center is located on Montgomery Street approximately halfway between I-30 and Camp Bowie Boulevard.

When traveling from I-30, head ½ mile north on Montgomery Street.

The Pilates Center is located on the east side of Montgomery Street just south of the Cowgirl Museum and Omni Theater.

Look for a two-story building with the "Soul Fitness" sign out front.

The entrance for The Pilates Center is on the south side of the building.
